How to pay for your ride

Full payment is required to complete your booking. No insurance needed — most of our riders pay privately.

Before you send payment

  1. Request your ride at least 72 hours ahead

    Use the request form or call (803) 549-8920.

  2. We approve your trip within 12 hours

    Pricing is a $10 loading fee plus $1.85 per mile, calculated round trip. Wait for our approval so you send the right amount — the fare estimator gives you a quick idea beforehand.

  3. Our dispatcher contacts you for payment

    Once your ride is approved, our dispatcher will reach out to collect full payment. If you pay with an option below, include your name and ride date so we can match it to your booking.

Good to know

  • Rides must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead receive a 25% reimbursement, issued to your original payment method.
  • Going farther than our usual counties? Trips outside our service area are handled case by case — call us to ask.
